I have been a friend, companion and sister to many young people who are silenced by all sorts of trauma in different levels. I am really into peer-counselling. This means I have to be the 'voice' of reason to someone who feels trapped and sees no escape. This also means that as a young person myself, I have to lead by example and practice what I preach. Knowing that I'm not the only one inspires me greatly! Especially TakingITGlobal shows me that we are a lot, we care a lot and we can really change! Seeing the great, real possibility of change inspires me, reading books, listening music, traveling, meeting with new lives, knowing new people inspires me. Sun inspires me, love inspires me, working inspires me ... And results inspire me to do more!
